By using the Hexalstore website, mobile app, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. Hexalstore reserves the right to update these terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.

2. Account Registration & Responsibility

To place orders, sell products, or access certain features, you must register for a Hexalstore account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Hexalstore may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• Business accounts: Sellers must provide valid tax/business information.

3. Purchases, Pricing & Payment

All prices on Hexalstore are in US dollars unless noted otherwise. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are additional and displayed at checkout. We strive for accuracy but errors may occur; if a product is mispriced, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal, ShopPay). By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the total amount.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on seller location and shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Hexalstore is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions. For international orders, import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Most items purchased on Hexalstore may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Certain items (e.g., intimate goods, perishables, digital products) are non-returnable. To initiate a return, visit your order history. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the seller receives the return. Defective products are covered by a minimum 1-year warranty from the seller.

6. Seller Terms & Marketplace Role

Hexalstore is a marketplace that connects third-party sellers with buyers. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or inspect every item. Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, fulfillment, and compliance with laws. As a seller, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
• Process orders within the stated handling time.
• Comply with all applicable consumer protection laws.
• Pay applicable platform fees as outlined in the Seller Agreement.

Hexalstore reserves the right to remove listings or suspend sellers for policy violations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions, fake reviews, or chargeback abuse.
• Interfering with security features or attempting to access other accounts.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users.

Violations may lead to immediate account termination and legal action.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Hexalstore — including logos, graphics, product images, text, and software — is the property of Hexalstore or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Sellers retain ownership of their product images but grant Hexalstore a license to display them. The "Hexalstore" name and logo are registered trademarks.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Hexalstore provides the Platform "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Hexalstore, its affiliates, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 6 months.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Hexalstore shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, rather than in court, except for intellectual property claims. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or marketplace features. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates when changes were made. Material changes will be notified via email or banner on our site. Your continued use after changes signifies acceptance.
